Hypermobility

The treatment of Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder and Ehlers Danlos syndrome requires specific understanding and training to fully understand the spectrum of the condition. It is a complex syndrome that involves many different body systems and therefore requires many different techniques to address them. Learning to accommodate for these differences is hard to navigate on one’s own and takes a therapist with compassion, a keen eye, and sensitive hands to effectively evaluate and treat the whole person.
