Centered Health Physical Therapy and Pilates is located inside The Oregon Plaza on NE 20th and NE Oregon in the Kerns neighborhood. 

We offer 1-on-1 60 minute treatment sessions with the same provider.

We have off street parking behind the building for patients (Parking spots 22, 24, 25 and 29)  There is also free street parking around the building.
