CranioSacral Therapy
Alix is a specialist in STOTT Pilates–based rehabilitation and holds certifications in STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer. As an orthopedic generalist, she enjoys working with a wide range of both acute and chronic conditions. She is also certified in women’s pelvic health and vestibular rehabilitation, and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from California State University, Northridge.
Alix integrates these certifications with additional training in CranioSacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation to help uncover the root cause of each patient’s concerns. Her approach is gentle, thoughtful, and centered on restoring pain-free movement and function. By blending hands-on care with movement-based rehabilitation, she often helps patients navigate complex or persistent issues that have not responded well to conventional treatments.
While Alix enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, she has developed a special interest in working with individuals with Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS).
At the heart of Alix’s work is the belief that each patient is the true expert on their own body. She prioritizes listening closely during every session, allowing treatment to evolve in response to each person’s experience and goals. Alix also values collaboration with other healthcare practitioners to ensure patients feel supported and have the resources they need to move toward their fullest potential.
